IMPORTANT THINGS TO TAKE NOTE

Please read the instructions carefully before operating the appliance or carrying out any maintenance works.
Strictly follow the regulations of manufacturer to ensure safety and best performance.

IMPORTANT CAUTIONS


  1. Only use gas cartridges with allowed pressure (3~5kg/cm2)
  2. Strictly avoid using old, refilled, rusted or deformed gas cartridges.
  3. Strictly avoid using gas cartridges that have been exposed under the sunlight or stored at places with temperature over 40°C.
  4. Avoid using the appliance in windy areas (fig. 1)
  5. Make sure to put the appliance on a stable, flat surface. Avoid placing it on rough, rocky and unsteady surface (fig. 2)
  6. Do not use oversized pots, pans and other cooking utensils with diameter > 24cm (fig. 3)

  2. Limit the length of gas pipe as much as possible - the shorter the better
  3. Avoid placing flammable objects near the stove or heavy objects on top of the stove
  4. Avoid using the appliance in windy areas
  5. Make sure to put the appliance on a stable, flat surface. Avoid placing it on rough, rocky and unsteady surface
  6. Do not use oversized pots, pans and other cooking utensils on top of the stove

IMPORTANT CAUTIONS


When there are signs of fracture or breakage of the Adapter in the following models: NA-337S, NA-333S, NA-345, NA-347, NA-537SH
Please do not dismantle the broken part (the adapter or any other part) on your own without consulting the experts first.

In daily checking process of regulator, 10 samples will be taken ramdomly, plug in cylinder with extra 10 kg piece of IRON and swinged to check durability. After checked, which batchs pass the test will allowed to package.

​The only way to break Adapter is to use princer, because the adapter is glued solidly so it cannot break by hand. So, be noted do not try to open the adapter if don't have neccessary knowledge.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Please follow the steps listed below in order to INSTALL gas cartridge safely

  1. Place the gas stove on a flat surface
  2. Open the cartridge cover. Make sure the control knob is at the OFF position (fig. 1)
  3. Remove the red cap from the gas cartridge
  4. Gently slot the gas cartridge into place
  5. Locate the notch collar - at the top of the gas cartridge (fig. 2)
  6. Align the notch collar with the governor's index arm (fig. 3)
  7. Press down the push knob to LOCK position (fig. 4) to secure the gas cartridge into place
  8. Close the cartridge cover

Please follow the steps listed below in order to DISCONNECT gas cartridge safely 

  1. Place the gas stove on a flat surface
  2. Turn the control knob to the OFF position (fig. 1) to extinguish the flame
  3. Lift up the push knob to UNLOCK position (fig. 2) to disengage the gas cartridge
  4. Open the cartridge cover and gently remove the gas cartridge
  5. Close the cartridge cover
  6. Put the red cap back on the gas cartridge to protect it

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF GAS-FUELED APPLIANCES

  1. Tourist gas stove products have the main basic parts including: Cluster of valves, copper pipes, pipes and burners - Direct fire control parts of gas)
  2. Gas is transferred from the mini gas can into the valve assembly ► Go through the gravure ► Go into the pipe ► At cashew pipes, gas is mixed with air to create a fire mixture ► The box mix is dispersed when going out to the burner flame and being burned.

The flame was burned in the burner, the flame impacted on the ceramic head caused the ceramic head to turn red and radiate heat

Double gas stove has the same basic structure as a travel gas stove, however, the valve cluster only has the function to turn off and open the gas and adjust the amount of gas output for large and small fire. Pressure regulator and gas safety switch is located in the valve.
